From the book Ideas from Massimo Osti: 'Inspired by his passion for basketball and sailing, in the Spring-Summer season of 1991 Massimo debuts a Boneville capsule collection dedicated to a young sporting public. The B.N.V. Sporting Goods label offers waterproof sailing jackets, sweaters, basketball jerseys and shorts made from technical materials. Garment dyeing gives news shades of colour to the clothes as well as suppleness, making them more suitable to be worn outside the sporting arena.'
