SHIPPING
- We ship to all EU countries and UK from Italy
- If you live outside of the EU or UK and would like to order with us, please contact us
- Packages are shipped with tracking and insurance
- All packages are insured and need to be signed for upon delivery
- You'll receive a tracking code to follow your shipment after your package has been shipped
- In case of a refund shipping costs will not be refunded
- Buyer is responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees for orders outside of the EU
- Items will not be marked as gifts. We put the true value of the item on the package so that if your item is lost or damaged a claim with the carrier service can be made.
